PROCESS CHEMICALS
The process chemicals are for mill sanitation (CMA), sugar juice flocculants (ZUCLAR), evaporator anti-scalants (I-12), massecuite anti-viscosity aid (VISC-AID) and sugar decolorizing aid (Colorgone JSP). All these chemicals are widely used in almost all sugar mills in the Philippines for more than 40 years.
The Company has been the market leader for process chemicals and enzymes in the Philippine sugar and distillery industry.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL TECHNOLOGY AND EQUIPMENT
In 1990 the Company diversified into environmental control projects such as design, install and operate of big industrial wastewater treatment plants for the sugar mills, distilleries, fuel oil refineries and major food companies. It has been successful in the sale and service of environmental control equipment like Aire-O2 aerator aspirators and distillery waste high-tech evaporators from India.
FABEARTH Micro 110 is a potent blend of selected strains of bacteria used as a booster in aeration pond. It has been widely used in some major wastewater treatment plants in beverage bottling companies, paper mills, sugar mills, oil refinery and food industry.
The Company is supported by competent Sugar Technologists, Engineers and Chemists capable of providing technical services to our sugar mill clients and environmental control projects.
SUGAR MILL EQUIPMENT
Also developed sugar mill equipment like the Unigrator, Lotus Roll, Rapid Juice Clarifier, and Syrup Clarifier. The Company also markets Evaporators, Centrifugals, and Cane Core Samplers supplied from foreign associates in the USA, India and Taiwan.
